Operation Theatre

Masina Hospital has three Operation Theatre complexes of which two are located in the Main Hospital building and one in the Masina Annexe complex. The one in the Masina Annexe complex has HVAC with a Laminar Airflow facility. We will shortly be upgrading our other operation theaters too. We are home to around 7 major and 2 minor Operation Theatres.

Operation Theatres are well-equipped with modern equipment which enables the doctors to perform routine as well as super-specialty surgeries effectively and efficiently. The theatre and its equipment are managed by a highly proficient staff and is ably supported by a biomedical engineering team governed by NABH protocols. Modern sterilization techniques and cleaning methods ensure that infection rates are negligible and match the benchmarks set by world-class setups. Operation Theatres are supported by recovery rooms,  HDUs (High Dependency Units), and ICUs (Intensive Care Unit) which are close to the Operation Theatre complexes

• OT tables imported from MIZO, Mediland, Maquet with Surgical attachments compatible with all super speciality surgeries.
• OT lights from Dr. Mach, MIZO, Maquet and Janak Surgicals
