Do´s & Dont´s

  • If you wish to give some tips as cash to the staff at anytime / at the time of your discharge, please do not pay the staff individually. Please deposit money in the special cash collection boxes placed on each floor of the hospital. This money is collected and distributed to all lower staff.
  • You are not permitted to keep personal domestic attendants working with you, in the hospital, except under exceptional circumstances and only after obtaining prior written permission of Medical Superintendent / Night Supervisor and Pass obtained from admission counter.
  • Relative and Nurse attending the patient can get meals from hospital with prior notice and make a payment on cash counter.
  • You are expected to take care of crockery and cutlery provided by the hospital. Any loss or breakage will be charged to your account.
  • Please conserve energy by switching off lights, fan and air conditioners when not required. Please keep the doors closed when you are using air conditioner.
  • Please avoid water wastage.
  • Relative of patients in general free wards are not permitted to stay at night with the patient.
  • You are strongly advised NOT to:
    • Keep large amounts of cash, valuables or jewellery on your person or with you in your room. The hospital does not accept any responsibility for loss of personal cash, valuable, jewellery or Mobile Phone from the hospital premises.
    • Tip or pay hospital employees for services rendered in the hospital.
    • Store food materials in your room, as this interferes with the patient care and attracts pests.
    • Consume / store alcohol/narcotics drugs in your room.
    • Smoke anywhere in hospital premises.
  • You are strongly advised Do to:
    • Please bring your Bedroom slippers, nightgown, brush/comb, toiletries, Reading material, spectacles, contact lenses or dentures.
    • Patients can bring a mobile phone but are responsible for its safe custody. Patients are advised to be sensitive to the needs of other patients when using their mobile phones

Utility Services

  • Nurses / Attendants : If you desire, the nursing Superintendent on request, can arrange for Nurses or Attendants with prior notice and subject to their availability. The hospital does not accept any responsibility for the action of such outside staff hired on daily basis.
  • Ambulance/Taxi Services : Should you need an ambulance; ward sister can help you in making these arrangements as per the displayed list. Security staff can assist in hiring Taxis.
  • Chemist : A 24 by 7 chemist shop is located within the hospital campus for your convenience.
  • PARKING - Is Available in designated parking area for visitors, at the owner’s risk.
