Chairman

Mr. Shapoor Mistry, Chairman of Shapoorji Pallonji And Company Pvt. Ltd., is a strategic visionary driving business plans for growth in India and global markets. With three decades of leadership, he expanded core businesses like Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, and Real Estate. Mr. Mistry successfully diversified into new sectors such as Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Water, and Financial Services. He mentors an empowered leadership team, ensuring the Shapoorji Pallonji Group is future-ready, delivering reliability, trust, and long-term value creation.

Mr. Jimmy Parakh

Mr. Jimmy Parakh is a seasoned professional with an impressive career spanning over 42 years. He is well-versed in coaching company founders and CEOs on various aspects, including launching new ventures, fostering business growth, and executing turnarounds. His ability to collaborate with individuals at all organisational levels has enabled him to efficiently reach critical milestones.

Mr. Homi A. Katgara

Managing Trustee

Mr. Homi Katgara, Partner at Jeena & Company, pioneer of Freight Forwarding in India for 119 years. With nearly thirty years in forwarding, he actively manages the company. Mr. Katgara serves as the Managing Trustee at Masina Hospital Trust, one of Bombay's oldest institutions. A past President of the Air Cargo Club of Bombay, he's involved in various community and business organizations. Engaged in real estate, Mr. Katgara is dedicated to philanthropy, embodying the principle of "giving back to society."

Dr. Burjor H. Antia

Trustee

Dr. Burjor Antia, a legal practitioner since 1959, specializes in banking, commercial matters, conveyancing, and arbitration. A partner since 1972, he represents notable Indian and foreign banks and corporate houses. Honored by the Center for International Legal Studies, Vienna, he's an Honorary Member. Appointed by the Reserve Bank of India on the Committee for large bank frauds, he received the Mahatma Gandhi Gold Medal for elocution and debate. Devoting time to social service, he's a Trustee of over 20 Parsi Charitable Trusts, including Masina Hospital. Recently, he received an honorary D. Litt. from Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth, Udaipur.

Dr. Gustad Daver

Dr. Gustad Daver, MBBS, MS (Gen Surgery), MD (USA), possesses a remarkable medical career that spans over 4 decades and covers General, Vascular, and Thoracic surgery. Currently serving as Trustee and Head of the Advisory Board at Masina Hospital Trust, he's garnered accolades such as the 'Best Doctor Award' from the Indian Medical Association, Mumbai.

His leadership roles at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and P. D. Hinduja National Hospital showcased his expertise. Dr. Daver's extensive training includes a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine, specializing in Cardiac & Vascular Surgery and Multi-Organ Transplantation.

As President of Mumbai's 'Zonal Transplant Co-ordination Cell,' he's been pivotal in advancing the Multi-Organ Transplant Program. A founding member of key medical societies, he contributes significantly to healthcare policy and education. Recognized with a 'Lifetime Achievement' award and accolades from medical associations, Dr. Daver's commitment to healthcare and education remains an enduring influence in the medical community.

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Khushrow Major has been with Masina Hospital Trust since October 2022. He brings over four decades of expertise in customs brokerage, international freight forwarding, foreign trade, and logistics. Serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Jeena & Company for 25 years, he also held significant roles with Jet Air and Gulf Air as ASM Western Region.

With over 30 years of experience in Public Health and Hospital Administration, Dr. Sanjay Pattiwar has held key roles such as Additional Commissioner and Chief Health Officer in Government Hospitals. He collaborates extensively with government bodies and NGOs to improve urban health and infrastructure projects.

Dr. Cassem Rajabali, a Chartered and Cost Accountant with a Ph.D. in Management, brings over 30 years of financial expertise. He joined Masina Hospital as CFO in 2023, providing strategic financial guidance and managing organizational processes.
